Poker player Scott Robbins is suing the Borgata Atlantic City after casino staff banned him for life over a joke he made about jumping out of his hotel room window.

Robbins wants $1.2 million in potential lost earnings, arguing that Borgata management’s alleged overreaction to some off-the-cuff remarks made at the front desk violated his civil rights.

Two new deals

International Game Technology (IGT) is expanding its presence in the Colorado sports betting market, while PointsBet has gained market access in Arizona.

IGT announced on Monday the signing of a multi-year deal with the Ute Mountain Casino Hotel. This will see IGT supply its PlaySports platform, self-service PlaySports kiosks, and turnkey services to the casino.
